FasterDown is a free online tool that allows users to download publicly available media (videos, photos, reels, stories, and IGTV episodes) from Instagram. The Service does not host, store, or distribute any Instagram content. It only facilitates direct access to publicly accessible media.

FasterDown does not claim ownership of any downloaded content. Users are solely responsible for how they use downloaded content and for complying with applicable copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FasterDown is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that downloaded content will be of a specific quality. Service availability depends on Instagram's platform and may change at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

FasterDown and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages from downloading and using Instagram content.
